Llegamos a Ciudad de México el día 24-01-22 y hasta el día 01-2-22 los guías y transporte, primero Jose Luis , después David y por último Alejandro , todo muy bien, pero una vez terminado todo el recorrido hasta playa del Carmen en Cancún, ya se desentendieron de nosotros, no nos dieron la hora de recogida el 05-02-22 para llevarnos al aeropuerto, tuve que llamarlos y tras tres llamadas me confirman la hora , día 05-02 a las 11:00.
Tras tres cuartos de hora esperando el transporte, y tras otras dos llamadas, nos dicen que no lo habían notificado al conductor, pero que en 5 minutos llegaría.
Por fin llegó, pero una hora tarde y tras varias llamadas que me han costado dinero, ya que mi teléfono es de España.

After three quarters of an hour waiting for the transport, and after two other calls, they told us that they had not notified the driver, but that he would arrive in 5 minutes.
It finally arrived, but an hour late and after several calls that have cost me money, since my phone is from Spain.
