Tienen una excelente doctora que me sacó rapidísimo de un caso horrible de vértigo que tuve y a mi mamá igual le funcionó.
Lo único que odio del consultorio es el teléfono, sólo hay una linea y se tardan muchísimo en contestar porque luego se les satura demasiado y para poder sacar una cita tardas bastante.

Me prescribió un medicamento que me hizo sentir mal y cuando le comente por teléfono no se digno a responder ni mostró interés alguno. El día que tenía consulta no tenía idea de quién era ni de la cita ya que " no traía su celular". Jamás regresé
Terrible monitoring and interest of Dr. Lizzete Carranco Hernandez. He prescribed a medication that made me feel bad and when I commented on the phone he did not deign to respond or showed any interest. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención por la audiologa Lizzete Carranco, es mas vendedora de producto auditivo que médico interesada por la atención y la salud. Adquirí un aparato auditivo el cual salio con falla de fabricacion y que cada que iba a reportarlo en mis consultas (iba muy seguido) me dejaba esperando hasta más de 1hra por atender a sus proveedores?risa y risa con ellos ó llegaba muy tarde es super impuntual y yo con mi familiar esperando, lo hacía de mala gana y lo peor es que no me quería hacer válida la garantía ?. Pésima profesional. Y peor aun que el vigilante del edificio super descortés y grosero.
Les recomiendo investigar mejor en otros sitios que te dan más información y te atienden bien de inicio a fin. Aquí solo consumes o les compras y la atención deja de ser buena.
