Sigo esperando la devolución de mi equipo por un mantenimiento preventivo, tiene casi dos semanas donde solo me dicen que "va en camino" y nadie me da un estatus real.
Si no tienen el compromiso y profesionalismo de atender llamadas y por lo menos dar una fecha dudo mucho que el servicio que le hayan realizado sea de calidad.
TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
I am still waiting for the return of my equipment for preventive maintenance, it has been almost two weeks where they only tell me that "it is on the way" and nobody gives me a real status.
If you do not have the commitment and professionalism to answer calls and at least give a date, I doubt that the service you have been provided is of quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived in Mexico City in December, on a three week trip, having forgotten the connection between the humidifier and the air machine. Even though Grupo Medico no longer serviced my brand they went out of their way to get something that would fit and cut and bent it in place. Great People & Great Job. Thanks A Lot.
