Parece que te están haciendo un favor en lugar de querer vender, hablé por teléfono y me dejó colgado el pseudo vendedor por qué se iba a su hora de comida, no saben lo que es la atención al cliente. Exiten capacitaciones, contraten gente con ganas de trabajar!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, llegas y nadie te atiende, o están detrás del mostrador o hasta atrás de la bodega. Preguntas precios, modelos y tipos de materiales y no te ayudan en nada.
Al final pides la cotización para compra y te dicen que no hay el material, que llega en 2 semanas. Sigo esperando desde hace 1 mes.
Espero y tomen en cuenta el comentario, la pandemia regreso, y si no hay ventas no hay empleados. Ojalá y no les afecte el no vender.
Terrible service, you arrive and no one attends you, or they are behind the counter or even behind the warehouse. You ask prices, models and types of materials and they don't help you at all.
At the end you ask for the purchase quote and they tell you that the material is not available, it arrives in 2 weeks. I have been waiting for 1 month.
I hope and take into account the comment, the pandemic returns, and if there are no sales there are no employees. Hopefully, not selling will affect them.
