★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En las entrevistas que hacen los dueños te comentan horario de entrada y de salida, sin embargo en el momento que te encuentras laborando en su empresa se te exige literalmente que te quedes de 8 am a 9:30pm o más, ya que siempre hay trabajo que “Urge”. Consideró que es el colmo que aún haya empresas con esta mentalidad y en el hecho de querer tener a los empleados en una oficina en vez de ofrecer un equilibrio laboral/ personal con cada uno de sus empleados.
Quememos a este tipo de empresas para que cambien este tipo de conceptos básicos. Las personas tienen una vida después de laborar y el trabajo puede esperar para el día siguiente. Hay que tener estrategias, liderazgo y puestos definidos para que todo el trabajo sea repartido y pueda avanzar la empresa.
No quieran ahorrar 3 salarios y den 1 puesto para esas 3 posiciones que deberían de ser.
