★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casi 100 horas de que no tengo mi código, soporte nulo que por alguna mágica razón siempre esta saturado tanto vía mail como mediante teléfono, pretextos de que sus servidores no pueden hacer lo que deben, se supone que HP los contrato para una tarea la cual se muestran totalmente inútiles de hacer, espero que cualquier empresa piense dos veces antes de trabajar con esta "empresa"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bueno por desgracia por el problema de las licencias del overwatch es grave para esta empresa, desconozco el metodo que tienen para darle atencion al cliente pero no se dan abasto, no pueden responder mails ni contestar llamadas , lo que refleja un servicio bastante cuestionable.
Well unfortunately because of the overwatch licensing problem it is serious for this company, I do not know the method they have to give customer attention but they are not enough, they cannot answer emails or answer calls, which reflects a rather questionable service.

llevo màs de un mes tratando de que me validen una garantía por unos audífonos Jabra, les envíe los que me salieron mal y nada que me mandan la reposición, nunca contestan los teléfonos.
TERRIBLE SERVICE
I've been trying for more than a month to get a guarantee for some Jabra hearing aids validated, I send them the ones that went wrong and nothing they send me a replacement, they never answer the phones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una empresa que da una imagen diferente a la que dice ser. Dicen tener solvencia, pero uno entra a sus oficinas y, para empezar, no tienen techo. Antes de contratarme me hicieron muchas pruebas y me hiceron esperar casi dos meses para contratarme. Renuncié al trabajo que tenía para estar con ellos para que a los tres meses me despidieran y no me renovaran mi contrato. Según ellos porque no obtuve ventas cuando estaba yo a la espera de la autorización de sus proveedores para poder vender. Cartas que nunca llegaron ni se gestionaron. Pueden preguntarle a cualquier empleado que trabaje allí si está a gusto trabajando. El 95% de sus empleados no está a gusto y con gusto puedo decir nombres. Pésimo Tasmicro.
A company that gives a different image to what it claims to be. They say they have solvency, but one enters their offices and, to begin with, they have no ceiling. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se me dañaron unos audífonos jabra y me dijeron que la garantía era con esta empresa tenia mis dudas por las malas opiniones pero en lo personal me atendieron de 10 y me aplicaron la garantía de mi producto y siempre me dieron seguimiento al mi caso.
En lo personal se me hicieron una buena empresa
Some jabra hearing aids were damaged and they told me that the guarantee was with this company. I had my doubts because of the bad opinions, but personally they treated me 10 and applied the guarantee of my product and always followed up on my case.
Personally, they were a good company for me.
