En el año 1967 el Prof. Eliseo Morales Padilla (originario de la ciudad de León Guanajuato), funda los primeros planteles educativos en la zona metropolitana del Estado de México, basados en la filosofía lasallista. El primer colegio fue el colegio la Salle Bulevares (con los niveles de jardín de niños y primaria para varones) al año siguiente se fundó el Instituto Femenino La Salle (primaria para niñas); en el año------- se funda la Secundaria La Salle Bulevares (mixta); y al año siguiente --------se funda la Preparatoria a la Salle Bulevares. Posteriormente en el año-------- se funda el Colegio la Salle Hacienda Arboledas con todos los niveles, hasta preparatoria. En el año-------------------- se funda el jardín de niños La Salle Bellavista En 1982, surge la Universidad Franco Mexicana plantel Satélite y posteriormente, en el año de 1991 se abriría la Universidad Franco Mexicana plantel Cuautitlán Izcalli. Casi cuarenta años después de haber sido abiertas las puertas del primer colegio Lasallista del Estado de México y conforme a la filosofía de Tradición, Vanguardia y Excelencia en la educación, surge en el año 2006 el plantel La Salle Esmeralda, con los 4 niveles académicos. En el 2010 inicia actividades el Jardín de Niños La Salle Jinetes- Arboledas. (Estas fundaciones fueron concretadas por el licenciado José Enrique Morales F) La fundación de este grupo de escuelas generó también, otras empresas paralelas, como por ejemplo la Transportadora Turística y Escolar etc. A mediados de 1991 la visión emprendedora de su fundador empieza a incursionar en el ramo de los bienes raíces surgiendo así grupo inmobiliario GIMF S.A DE C.V, siendo de los primeros frutos de esta nueva empresa la adquisición de prestigiados hoteles en la región del bajío, así como de diversos e importantes inmuebles ubicados en el estado de México, y en otros puntos de la República, así como también en el estado de Texas, en los Estados Unidos. Hoy en día se encuentran en pleno desarrollo como importantes proyectos inmobiliarios tanto habitacionales como comerciales. (Actualmente esta empresa la encabeza el licenciado Luis Eduardo Morales F.) Como una necesidad lógica de administración especializada en la operación de los destinos turísticos surge en 1992 Operadora y Comercializadora Turística y Mexicana SA de CV (después, Grupo Turístico Refugio) que ha expandido su campo de acción hasta llegar a contar con prestigiados hoteles, parques acuáticos y spas que se caracterizan por sus privilegiadas aguas termales e inigualables bosques y áreas verdes. (Esta área le tocó desarrollarla a la licenciada María Elisa Morales F.) Es así como, en agosto de 1993, con la finalidad de dar unidad, cohesión y control a las empresas del grupo, se crea el corporativo MORFRAN, cuya principal finalidad es proporcionar servicios y controles administrativos que son comunes a las empresas y socios de grupo MORFRAN con el fin de optimizar recursos, así como unificar y normar criterios para el crecimiento económico y social del grupo. Y por último, en el año 2013 se crea la empresa Digilux con el objeto de dar servicios digitales.

Proporcionar servicios y controles administrativos que son comunes a las empresas y socios de Grupo MORFRAN con el fin de optimizar recursos as como unificar y normar criterios para el crecimiento económico y social del grupo.

El corporativo del grupo MORFRAN busca unificar servicios especialidzados comunes con fines de ahorro, optimizacion y control de un ambiente agradable de trabajo dando herramientas a empresas y socios para mejorar el desempeño de estos.

HISTORY
