★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomiendo a esta empresa en procesos de reclutamientos, se tarda más de 15 días, cierran el proceso y no te informan.
Primero te contacta un cazador de talentos, te envía por correo electrónico un examen psicométrico de 3 horas, asistes a una entrevista de una hora con el cazador de talentos, pasas a una segunda entrevista de una hora por whatsapp (viedollamada) con el reclutador de la empresa que se encuentra en Monterry, te envían otro examen psicométrico de 1 hora y finalmente te hace una entrevista de una hora el gerente de área. El gerente del área queda comprometido que en tres días te informa sí o no quedaste y no lo hacen.
El tiempo del entrevistado también vale.
