This cruise was such a wonderful experience! Breakfast, lunch, open bar included (bar open after water activities are done). As part of the trip you can snorkel, kayak, paddle board, and visit an island with white sands and clear blue water. You can also add a private beach tour for extra $ if you chose to do so. They try and preserve their islands so well, they only get about 5 meters out with boats and then you have to swim in. Only a limited number of people per day and no sunscreen after a certain point to preserve the water quality. Everything was so well timed out, making it easy to do activities! Paco, the MC, made this experience SUPERB! He was informative, funny, and hyped up the crowd for drinks and dancing. We were supposed to be back on mainland by 4pm but I think they slowed down the boat because everyone was having so much fun, we got back at 6:30pm. What I loved the most was everyone's hospitality. The MC turned into the snorkel instructor, the deck crew became activities directors AND servers! It really felt like a family being on the boat, especially when the dancing begins ;)

Was skeptical after reading bad reviews but it was AMAZING!!! It was pricey but worth every penny. Sure the seats weren't luxury, but we were satisfied with everything we wanted: a FULL breakfast, open bar, entertainment, and snorkeling and beach time at the Marietas. We were taken aback by the extra fee to visit the secret love beach and opted out and were still satisfied. My advice when booking is to be thorough. Make sure you know what you want, what you're getting, and what to bring. We wanted snorkeling & whale watching, and we got lucky seeing whales and dolphins! Make sure specify if you want FULL breakfast NOT continental. Also noteworthy: the open bar is AFTER all activities, but fantastic service, easy to get drinks, and no limit. I was expecting more difficulty in getting drinks. We had an amazing time on the boat all day and I cried at the whales :') Thank you Paco & Edgar for being great hosts!!

My girlfriend and I went on this excursion in Jan 2019 and we both had a blast. For that price point I have no complaints. The boat ride was pleasant and we even saw some dolphins and whales which were not 'included' in the tour. The food was decent, and the open bar was a nice touch. The crew went above and beyond to entertain the boat. The Marietas Islands were beautiful and the snorkeling was fun.

tour I took was to Isla Morietas was very rushed, no information given on what is happening, staff were low energy and were more concerned about trying to upsell additional activities every hour. Had issues with one photographer who took a load of photos but then at the end told me that the policy is that you have to pay for a package (700 mxp), which is overpriced considering I only wanted 1 photo taken of me out of the 10 taken Photographers should be upfront about the cost of them taking pictures before they start on doing photoshoots then trying to charge you ridiculous amounts for a few photos I later tried to contact photographer again via my agent (they have eachother contact details) and the photographer never responded to the agent at all. So rude. - over priced tour for staff who didn't really care. - rushed and no quality time on the beaches or snorkelling - guests not updated as to what is happening during the day, just shouted at to get on the boat to next stop without the chance to grab cameras from main boat disappointing day considering I spent so much money on the tour

Highly disappointing experience. We did the Arcos, Playa de los Arcos y Quimixto, however when we purchased the tickets they did not mention that there was no water at the Quimixto waterfall… They said that you can use the kayaks but when getting to the beach you can only take them for 5 min which is ridiculous. There are no functioning showers at the restaurant. Overall really disappointing experience. Don’t waste your money with this tour.

WORST TOUR COMPANY EVER!!! Trust me when I say this. We Mainly camed down to Puerto Vallarta for the 3rd time and this time the one and only thing we really wanted to do is to go inside La Playa Del Amor so we booked it and paid the extra 1000 pesos per person in advance and when we got there they just said they couldn’t get any spots to go in to the hidden beach. We literally just came for that and we were told that the owner didn’t reserve our place upfront like he should have. We didn’t do snorkeling or nothing else because the only reason we came was to go inside the hidden beach. Lamest tour we’ve ever gotten. We have done tours in Cancun, Los Cabos and Huatulco and honestly we always get what we pay for but not today. We made the reservation since Sunday for the same reason and paid extra upfront and today is Wednesday so they had enough time to reserve our spot. I believe all this happened because of a lazy owner thats not aware of his business he just wants our money. Honestly I would not recommend this place and it’s a really honest review. The best they should do is refund all the money we paid because we literally could have just stayed at our hotel which is all inclusive. Last complain is that their cups smell like fish so I really think they don’t wash them right. I reviewed them on Facebook and they deleted my comments and don’t let me comment anymore. Update: they’re just trying to blame it on other people and not take the fault. When we reserved they called to make sure there was a place and they said yes. Now they’re trying to turn it around and say we had to reserve 10 days prior and not 4 days prior. But when they charged us they got our money blindfolded. There’s no excuse for being unethical and still want to blame it on others. Please don’t say that you need 10 days in advance when your crew sells tickets to go inside the hidden beach the same day of the tour. You just contradicted yourself.

There was only 20 minutes of snorkelling on a tour that took the whole day. Everything else (including going to the hidden beach) is not included in the original price and is an extra 1000 pesos. They also took a piece of ID in exchange for using snorkels and gave it back about 3 hours after the snorkelling was finished, which felt sketchy, unnecessary, and unprofessional. On top of that, our boat broke down on the way back and we were 2 hours late getting back to the harbor

Just be prepared to be hassled. You will be approached by 3 different groups of photographers before you even get onboard. Once onboard, they advised all the extra activities and tours at additional cost. In between they have a mini snack bar that will come and sell you stuff. There are also two photographers onboard that will take photos of you throughout the trip and try to sell it to you at the end. At the very end of the trip, they start to approach everyone in group asking for tip. Not the most pleasant trip. All the additional costs and the actual snorkeling trip are actually at amazing price, we would feel much better if it was all stated upfront. Much improvements needed.
