I made payment with a card and they charged me double ... They could not solve anything and my money nobody returned it to me. Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El si encuentras en servicio la ventanilla de la facturación ya la hiciste, de lo contrario es un suplicio poder conseguir tu factura la dirección de correo dan para solicitar la factura no responden y el número telefónico nunca contestan. Llevo así 10 días!!!
If you find the billing window in service, you already did it, otherwise it is an ordeal to get your bill, the email address they give to request the bill does not respond and the phone number is never answered. I've been like this for 10 days !!!

Good place .. bad customer service in billing .. they take 1 bill more than 30 mins between loading and billing .. I do not recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar mal servicio en las facturas y no atienden el teléfono y si te contestan te ignoran, enserio una decepción en el servicio.
Terrible place bad service on bills and they don't answer the phone and if they answer you they ignore you, seriously a disappointment in the service.
