G	Genny Canul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio al cliente, tenia cita y me dejaron esperando dos horas, los doctores que atienden a la ortondoncia son toscos y lastiman al hacer el cambio de ligas, no lo recomiendo. Terrible customer service, I had an appointment and they left me waiting two hours, the doctors who attend orthondontia are rude and hurt when changing leagues, I do not recommend it.
M	Montserrat Achotegui on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son unos tranzas, estaba de vacaciones y al marcarles les explicó que necesitaba que el Ortodoncista me amarrara un solo braquet con un alambre y me dijeron que si y serían $400, al llegar la recepcionista con no muy buena actitud y servicio me pasa con un dentista el cual me revisa y me dice que el no puede hacerlo y que me va a pasar con el Ortodoncista (lo cual era obvio xq se los dije por teléfono) y que entonces como le tiene que pasar a el Ortodoncista su parte serían $600. Me salí y termine en Dental Evolution Dental Clinic en Av. Coba dentro de una plaza y me atendió una doctora, excelente servicio, me puso hasta un amarre con metal que pego con láser y solo me cobraron $290 They are tricks, I was on vacation and when I checked, I explained that I needed the Orthodontist to tie a single braquet with a wire and they said yes and it would be $ 400, when the receptionist arrived with not a very good attitude and service, what happened to a dentist? which reviews me and tells me that he cannot do it and that it will happen to me with the Orthodontist (which was obvious because I told them over the phone) and that then, as it has to happen to the Orthodontist, his part would be $ 600. I left and ended up at the Dental Evolution Dental Clinic on Av. Coba inside a plaza and I was attended by a doctor, excellent service, she even put me on a metal tie that I lashed with a laser and they only charged me $ 290

El personal muy servicial y atento desde que se entra al establecimiento. ¡Altamente recomendado! Total recognition to this dental group for their professionalism, kindness and quality service. All highly trained staff; Dr. Efrén Trujillo special mention for his painstaking work as Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. Very helpful and attentive staff from the moment you enter the establishment. H	HUGO CHACON on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio a los pacientes, la recepcionista es amable, pero los doctores son pésimos, acudí por una limpieza y ya me quería sacar dos muelas que están perfectas, afortunadamente acudí con otro dentista que me confirmo que están en perfecto estado, si me lleve un susto pero por suerte decidí pedir una segunda opinión, no se los recomiendo, no dejen su salud en manos de gente negligente, sobre todo el tal doctor Arturo, super altanero. Además de que te hacen esperar demasiado tiempo. Terrible patient service, the receptionist is friendly, but the doctors are terrible, I went for a cleaning and I already wanted to remove two teeth that are perfect, fortunately I went to another dentist who confirmed that they are in perfect condition, if I take a scared but luckily I decided to ask for a second opinion, I do not recommend it, do not leave your health in the hands of negligent people, especially this super haughty doctor Arturo. Plus they make you wait too long.
