★ ★ ★ ★ ★ compré unos lentes marca OVO en enero 2019 con la información que eran especiales porque no se rompían y eran muy flexibles el día de ayer se rompió una patita al quitarme la blusa, fuí para que lo arreglaron y comentaron que no tenían garantía y que tendría que comprar otro armazón, que ya le había pasado a otra clienta y el corporativo Grupo Optico Italiano no había autorizado la reposición a pesar de que es una de las gracias de estos lentes por lo que un fraude total.
he tratado de hablar a la empresa y nadie contesta. los empleados aquí en Puebla me comentan que así son y que no dan la cara ante estas quejas. voy a ir a la Profeco pero les advierto al públlico que tengan cuidado de comprar en estas tiendas fraudalientas que ofrecen productos que no van a cumplir con lo que están ofertando.
que patética empresa que hasta sus propios empleados reconocen que no son serios en este tipo de reclamos.
