Sus carros a este taller si no se quieren ver cómo yo nose como Bancomer puede trabajar con este taller TENGAN MUCHO CUIDADO DEJO MIS DATOS PARA QUE VEAN QUE NO ES MENTIRA NI MALA LECHE PERO NO SE VALE ES INJUSTO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio , taller multitarea poca supervisión de parte del personal de BBV y me dejaron rallado el interior maltratando una pieza de la cual no se quieren hace responsables, les recomiendo escoger otro taller y si acuden a este sitio verificar avances de la reparación y revisión exhaustiva del estado del auto a la entrega
Terrible service, multitasking workshop, little supervision by the BBV staff and they left me scratched up inside, mistreating a piece for which they do not want to be held responsible, I recommend you choose another workshop and if you go to this site check the progress of the repair and exhaustive review from the condition of the car to the delivery

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio pésimo lo que le sigue, si hubiera leído la opinión de mal servicio que tienen nunca hubiera dejado mi auto ahí, 3 meses han pasado y no lo han podido arreglar al 100,son mentirosos, deshonestos, te dicen que van a conseguir piezas originales y no es así te ponen usadas, los chalanes te atienden y no saben nada de automotriz y el disque dueño según te soluciona y solo miente no hace nada. En verdad no permitan que las aseguradoras les den esta opción como taller, que de taller no tienen nada, mas bien es resguardo de chatarra.
Bad service, terrible what follows, if I had read the opinion of bad service they have, I would never have left my car there, 3 months have passed and they have not been able to fix it 100%, they are liars, dishonest, they tell you that they are going to get parts original and it's not like that they put you used, the chalanes take care of you and they don't know anything about automotive and the dial owner solves you and only lies does nothing. In truth, do not allow insurance companies to give you this option as a workshop, because they have nothing as a workshop, rather it is a scrap shelter.

Tengan cuidado no se acerquen a este taller ni por error, si su aseguradora los manda ahi, pidan un cambio.
Recibieron mi auto de un accidente leve.
Tenian que cambiar llanta, suspensión trasera y hojalateria menor.
Tardaron mas tiempo del que señalaron para entregarme mi auto y una vez que me lo entregaron se tardaron casi un mes mas, y me hicieron regresarlo 3 veces.
Primero desinstalaron los asientos traseros y me los regresaron desmontados.
Despues quitaron las grapas de el estribo del vehiculo y no las volvieron a colocar, la pieza venia colgando.
La pintura que aplicaron. No tenía ni la más minima calidad, no brillaba y no daba el tono.
Quitaron la luz de stop y no la volvieron a colocar correctamente.
Instalaron incorrectamente la llanta y en un par de horas se echo a perder, quedaron de cambiarla y nunca respondieron.
Instalaron mal la suspension, faltaban tornillos y quedó desalineado, me entregaron mi llanta sin birlos de seguridad.

Be careful not to approach this workshop or by mistake, if your insurer sends you there, ask for a change.
They received my car from a minor accident.
They had to change the tire, rear suspension and minor tin.
They took more time than they indicated to give me my car and once they gave it to me it took almost a month more, and they made me return it 3 times.
They first uninstalled the rear seats and returned them to me disassembled.
Later they removed the staples from the vehicle's footboard and did not put them back, the piece was hanging.
The paint they applied. It didn't have the slightest quality, it didn't shine and it didn't set the tone.
They removed the stop light and did not put it back correctly.
They installed the tire incorrectly and in a couple of hours it went bad, they kept changing it and never responded.
They installed the suspension badly, the screws were missing and it was misaligned, they gave me my tire without safety studs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elegí el taller entre el catálogo de la aseguradora por cercanía. Acudí, me atendieron amablemente y me dijeron que en dos o tres días que consiguieran la pieza se comunicaban conmigo; pasó una semana y nada. Regresé, dijeron que no la habían conseguido, que les diera más tiempo. Pasaron dos semanas, hable y lo mismo, un mes hasta que decidí cambiar con la aseguradora de taller. En el nuevo, la misma pieza y la reparación, la hicieron en menos de 4 días! No recomiendo este lugar y claro, nunca regresaré con ellos.
I chose the workshop from the insurer's catalog because of its proximity. I went, they treated me kindly and told me that in two or three days after they got the piece they would contact me; A week passed and nothing. I came back, they said they hadn't got it, to give them more time. Two weeks passed, I spoke and the same, a month until I decided to change with the workshop insurer. In the new one, the same part and the repair, they did it in less than 4 days! I do not recommend this place and of course I will never go back to them.
