★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es problema es que te cobran demasiado. Si no tardas mas de 30 minutos es gratis, en la zona donde está Walmart y Sam's club puedes validar tu boleto para que te hagan un descuento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dejé mi moto estacionada en dónde correspondía y le rompieron el botón del claxon y pregunté a los trabajadores y nadie sabía porque no estaban poniendo atención los chavos,y luego te debes de esperar porque las plumas no sirven a una hora y los trabajadores de ahí necesitamos salír y volver a entrar al estacionamiento ?
I left my motorcycle parked where it belonged and they broke the horn button and I asked the workers and no one knew why the kids were not paying attention, and then you have to wait because the pens are not useful for an hour and the workers there need exit and re-enter the parking lot ?

Servicio deficiente
Bad service they are never responsible for what happens in the parking lot the security are more concerned with doing other functions than their job which is to take care of the pens they never serve

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, ninguna máquina recibe billetes de 100 cuando cobran 50. La única máquina que recibe no tenía dónde meter el billete. Busco a la persona que cobra y llega hasta la 1 de la tarde. Son las 11!!!
El cobro es muy muy exagerado.
En otra ocasión las personas del cobro personal molestas porque un señor les pago con billete de 100. El peor servicio de estacionamiento.
Very bad service, no machine receives 100 bills when they charge 50. The only machine that receives had no place to put the bill. I am looking for the person who charges and arrives until 1 in the afternoon. It's 11 o'clock!!!
The charge is very, very exaggerated.
On another occasion, the people from the personal collection annoyed because a man paid them with a 100 bill. The worst parking service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, solo lo utilizo porque es necesario. No me recibieron el día 6 para pagar la pensión a las 2pm en su horario de atención y luego me cobraron multa porque pagué después del día 7. Las plumas siempre presentan problemas, se tardan muchísimo en liberar el acceso cuando las tarjetas fallan, y siempre fallan. Me dieron un plástico super viejo que en 2 meses se rompió solo de lo maltratado que estaba y me cobraron un plástico nuevo.
Terrible service, I only use it because it is necessary. They did not receive me on the 6th to pay the pension at 2pm during their business hours and then they charged me a fine because I paid after the 7th. The pens always have problems, they take forever to release access when the cards fail, and always they fail. They gave me a super old plastic that broke in 2 months just because of how damaged it was and they charged me for a new plastic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nefasto y mala calidad en su servicio en Las Américas Ecatepec. Maquinas para recibir pagos no aceptan billetes de 100 para arriba. Cuando ingrese mi boleto indicaba qué tenia tolerancia. Cuando llego a la salida, tenia que pagar, que me había pasado un minuto. De cualquier manera cuando ingrese el boleto, no tenia opción para pagar. En plena salida tuve que salir de reversa y es un caos hacer qué toda la fila de carros hagan lo mismo, no hay una bahía para salir y evitar hacer este tipo de caos, y eso que es "nuevo" su estacionamiento, el carril de salida esta muy reducido, lo cual aumenta el caos. Además en algunas ocasiones solo funciona una de dos plumas en la salida (qué magnífica planeación). Ojalá tomen medidas al respecto, es un centro comercial muy grande e importante en la zona y esto impulsa a creer que aun no están preparados para tan grandes proyectos y por eso se prefiere ir a la CDMX.
Nefarious and poor quality of service in Las Américas Ecatepec. Machines to receive payments do not accept bills of 100 and above. When I entered my ticket it indicated that I had tolerance. When I got to the exit, I had to pay, I had spent a minute. Either way when I entered the ticket, I had no option to pay. In the middle of the exit I had to back out and it's chaos to make the whole line of cars do the same, there is no bay to get out and avoid this type of chaos, and that its parking lot is "new", the lane of output is greatly reduced, which increases the chaos. Also sometimes only one of two feathers works on the output (what great planning). I hope they take measures in this regard, it is a very large and important shopping center in the area and this leads us to believe that they are not yet prepared for such large projects and that is why they prefer to go to CDMX.
