El personal administrativo también es muy amable y están al pendiente en todo momento, facilitando los tramites. La atención en urgencias: desde recepción, enfermería, comedor, caja, excelentes todos. El médico de guardia: Dr. Omar Hdez. Miranda, mis respetos; en toda mi vida sólo he conocido 2 médicos que hacen honor al juramento hipocrático: el Dr. H. Miranda y el pediatra de mis hijos (que no da consulta, ni atiende en éste hospital) instalaciones de primera... Lo recomiendo. En cuanto al costo, creo que es acorde a los servicios que presta, no es barato pero tampoco exorbitante. Lo único no tan bueno: la ubicación, maps te envía por tramos de terracería y por la madrugada se ve algo peligrosa la zona, porque hay mucho campo y poca iluminación a los alrededores. Primero conocí a la Dra. Miriam atendió a mi hija hace 3 años en otro Hospital y salió muy rápido de su malestar. Ahora en el Hospital Polanco volví a encontrarla y sigo encantada con su atención. Recomiendo ampliamente a ambos Pediatras. Además que en tiempo de contingencia les preocupa la salud y la sana distancia la respetan porque no saturan sus consultas para poder dar el espacio necesario a cada pacientito. Sin contar además que los costos son muy accesibles, que es lo que a veces nos preocupa. Doctor Miriam and Doctor Arteaga are excellent doctors, super professionals, careful with the little ones and attentive in their consultations, they solve all your doubts. I first met Dra. Miriam treated my daughter 3 years ago in another Hospital and she came out of her discomfort very quickly. Now at the Polanco Hospital I met her again and I am still delighted with her care. I highly recommend both Pediatricians. In addition, in times of contingency they are concerned about health and respect the healthy distance because they do not saturate their consultations to be able to give the necessary space to each patient.
