★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On July 3rd I fell and tore my quad tendon. They were very helpful and accurate at diagnosing the problem as I initially thought I fractured my knee. The specialist at my follow up visit the next day assured me it was safe to travel back to the United States and advised I go to my nearest ER as soon as I land. They gave me the pain and anti inflammatory meds needed and basically prepared me on what to expect with this injury since surgery was the only way my tendon could be repaired. Very professional and clean facility and I am glad I was taken there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facilities, although not a lot of rooms, are good and clean. The rooms themselves are quite large, and are fully equipped with en suite bathrooms and a full-size couch for a family member to stay with the patient overnight. The nurses and service are very good and very attentive. I had an operation there and was pleased overall with the quality as well as the price charged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the best care imaginable for a cardiac emergency. The doctor was extremely skilled and dedicated. The staff were accommodating for both the patient and the rest of the family. We are so indebted to the excellent staff who took what was very nearly a tragedy and turned it into a good news story.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They saved me and diagnosed me correctly right away. Small facility with good basic equipment. I was transferred to the Cancun facility and both are great. Prices are more affordable than the large hospitals I found out later on. Strongly recommend these nice and professional people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor Marquez at PlayMed was very Professional . Great bedside manners. My son had an asthma attack and was seen right away. Did not wait very much. Price pretty reasonable. Private hospital. Doctor Marquez is bilingual. Asked him to make his notes in English. And agreed to write them in both languages. Not sure if I will get reimbursed back home yet by my own insurance. Payed on my way out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I actually had a very good experience here. I saw a doctor for my issue quickly, the price was fair and she was very knowledgable and professional (from Cuba). The reception staff was fast and informative. The lab next door was good as well with good prices. I was not here for a major emergency, but I went away feeling like I would come back here.
