Grupo Por Un País Mejor (GPUPM) es una organización que congrega empresas e instituciones de carácter social que trabajan con una misión: construir una nación justa y emprendedora que permita a millones de personas vivir con bien y salud. Conformado el 4 de junio de 1999, GPUPM tiene presencia en todo el país a través de Laboratorios Best, Farmacias Similares, Transportes Farmacéuticos Similares y Sistemas de Salud del Dr. Simi (Análisis Clínicos).
Asimismo, por las asociaciones civiles Fundación Best, Fundación Niños de Eugenia, Centro Nacional de Diagnóstico para las Enfermedades Emocionales (CNDEE) y Fundación del Dr. Simi.
Organismos que no solo cuidan de la salud y bienestar de millones de personas, sino que además brindan empleo a miles de individuos en el país.

Ambiente laboral muy bueno, lo malo esque a veces los encargados no son tan responsables sobre todo si son jóvenes y les pasan todo los supervisores solo porque se llevan bien con ellos y por culpa de unos cuantos les descuentan a toda la plantilla que ahí labora el 25% de su sueldo. Y ocupan un puesto que les queda muy grande porque no hay responsabilidad en ellos y hacen malos manejos, desde compartirse ventas hasta utilizar la farmacia como si fuera hotel, ya q algunos entre mismos compañeros tienen una relación cosa q según está prohibida ó en otros casos como tienen las llaves de la sucursal pues entran y salen a la hora que les da la gana. Aparte de que llegan tarde, fuman afuera de la sucursal, meten a sus novias o los van a visitar y se hacen huajes todo el día.
A esos los suben de nivel mientras que otros tantos q trabajan bien pues nada más no.

Very good work environment, the bad thing is that sometimes the managers are not so responsible especially if they are young and all the supervisors pass them just because they get along with them and because of a few they discount the entire staff that works there. 25% of your salary. And they occupy a position that is too big for them because there is no responsibility in them and they do mismanagement, from sharing sales to using the pharmacy as if it were a hotel, since some of them have a relationship that is prohibited or in other cases As they have the keys to the branch, they come and go at the time they feel like. Aside from being late, they smoke outside the branch, put their girlfriends in, or visit them and make hobbies all day.
Those are raised in level while many others who work well because nothing else do not.
