★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con respecto a la Hoteleria que he visitado unos estan bastante bien otros han tenido fallas de personal o infracestrura en Banos incomodos.
Ahora en cuestion de Reservaciones tambien he tenido problemas que hay restricciones agenas a uno y los Ganadores son ellos. (No hay reembolsos, cambios etc.)
Por ultimo . Estoy Bastante Desilucionada por la Empresa Grupo P Posadas, Fiesta Americana, Kivac. porque NO TIENEN EN MAXIMA SEGURIDAD LOS DATOS PERSONALES DE LOS SOCIOS.
YA QUE ANDAN OTRAS SUPUESTAS EMPRESAS DE E.U.A. ?DEFRAUDADORAS COMPRADORAS DE TIEMPOS COMPARTIDOS , Y HACEN QUE CAIGA UNO EN ERROR DE SER VICTIMA DE FRAUDE.
Y SEGURO QUE LA EMPRESA GRUPO POSADAS,CON QUIEN FIRMAMOS UN CONTRATO NOS DIRA , QUE DESCONOCEN QUIENES ESTEN DETRAS DE TODO ESO.
SE LOS NOTIFICO PARA QUE TOMEN NOTA.
NO ME INTERESA SI GRUPO POSADAS SE SIENTA AGREDIDO POR MI PARECER.
With regard to the Hospitality that I have visited, some are quite good, others have had staff failures or infrastructure in Banos uncomfortable.
Now in terms of Reservations I have also had problems that there are agendas restrictions to one and the Winners are them. (There are no refunds, exchanges etc.)
Lastly . I'm Quite Disappointed by the Grupo P Posadas Company, Fiesta Americana, Kivac. because THEY DO NOT HAVE THE PERSONAL DATA OF THE PARTNERS IN MAXIMUM SECURITY.
AS OTHER ALLEGED US COMPANIES ARE WALKING ? DEFRAUDING TIME-SHARED BUYERS, AND MAKE ONE FALL INTO THE ERROR OF BEING A VICTIM OF FRAUD.
AND SURE THAT THE COMPANY GRUPO POSADAS, WITH WHOM WE SIGNED A CONTRACT, WILL TELL US, THAT THEY DO NOT KNOW WHO IS BEHIND IT ALL.
I NOTIFY YOU TO PLEASE NOTE.
I AM NOT INTERESTED IN IF GRUPO POSADAS FEELS ATTACKED BY ME.

Es un abuso debería ser más concientes ( nunca prestaron ningún servicio) y empáticos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Necesito un correo electrónico a donde puedan poner una queja, no es Justo el trato que nos dan a la personas extranjeras, se refirio a uno de nosotros como indios, cuando somos clientes y gracias a que nos alojamos en el hotel el goza de un salario.
Y de verdad necesito un email para hacer una queja formal sobre el servicio de esta persona, en su id que presentaba en el uniforme lleva el nombre de Alberto
No tolerare que se refiera a si a nosotros.
Por piedad, todos somos hijos de Dios.
Nos alojamos en El Hotel One la Raza en Ciudad de México.
No lo recomiendo más.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pesimo servicio deseo realizar la cancelacion de sus servicios ya les hice llegar la carta cancelacion que piden ajustada a mi derecho y aun asi no me han respondido es un manejo de dinero constante de las personas que caemos en su negocio el cual es nefasto nada recomendable espero no llegar a profeco que seria la primera linea a seguir y eso se lleva tiempo ASI QUE NO LES RECOMIENDO PARA NADA ESTE PESIMO SERVICIO Y DE ATENCION AL CLIENTE SON NEFASTOS NUNCA CONTESTAN LOS TELEFONOS ASI QUE HAY QUE ACUDIR POR QUE DE OTRA MANERA NO HYA SOLUCION A LA CANCELACION QUE YA LA TIENEN Y NO ME RESPONDEN CON LA DEVOLUCION DE MI DINERO.
Terrible service I want to cancel your services I have already sent them the cancellation letter that they request adjusted to my right and even so they have not answered me it is constant money management of the people who fall into their business which is disastrous nothing recommended I hope not getting to prophesy that it would be the first line to follow and that takes time SO I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AWFUL SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL THEY ARE EVIL THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONES SO YOU HAVE TO GO BECAUSE OTHERWISE THERE IS NO SOLUTION TO THE CANCELLATION THAT THEY ALREADY HAVE IT AND THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO ME WITH THE RETURN OF MY MONEY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people have no idea how to run a rewards-based hospitality business. I have been a loyal customer of theirs for several years and have accumulated a huge sum of points. Their website IS TERRIBLE, in fact, its the worst commerce website I have ever visited! When I call their customer service line (Fiesta Rewards) to redeem points, they barely speak English... I have never in my life had so much trouble using what I have earned (redeeming points) and it is my believe that Posadas Group doesn't care enough to do it right: i.e. make their systems work properly, website work properly, adequate customer service representation. If they were a PUBLIC COMPANY listed on the NYSE, NASDAQ, I would SHORT EVERY SHARE I could get my hands on. There is just no way this company stays in business in the long-term! So... if you're looking for a great rewards group for the hotels you stay in, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Posadas Group is completely incompetent!
