★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una vez que te haces el deposito es impossible que te contesten o que te confirmen. Te dicen que esta para cierto dia les marcas para confirmar te dicen que si llegas y salen con su jalada de que no esta listo. No lo recomiendo su servicio es el mas estresante del mundo porque no contestan despues de hacer tu deposito y te hacen dar mucha vuelta.
Once you make the deposit it is impossible for them to answer or confirm you. They tell you that it is for a certain day, you mark them to confirm, they tell you that if you arrive and they leave with their pull that it is not ready. I do not recommend it, their service is the most stressful in the world because they do not answer after making your deposit and they make you give a lot of money.

Pero en este local matriz, no tuve buena experiencia, la persona que me atendió tardó muchísimo y solo era 1 imagen! . Salió una impresión mal y no quiso imprimirla correctamente.
I have visited 2 promomex branches and everything at 100!!
But in this main location, I did not have a good experience, the person who attended me took a long time and it was only 1 image! . A printout came out wrong and you didn't want to print it correctly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a la sucursal que esta en las Américas y me atendió un chavo con muy mala actitud, le pedí las cosas "porfavor " y "gracias " le pedí que me hiciera una prueba para ver la calidad de impresión la cual iba a pagar obviamente y se molesto. Le pedí ayuda para modificar los margenes de impresión y me decía que era imposible y mejor me salí del local
I went to the branch that is in the Americas and a guy with a very bad attitude attended me, I asked him for things "please" and "thank you" I asked him to do a test for me to see the quality of printing which I was obviously going to pay for and got upset. I asked him for help to modify the printing margins and he told me that it was impossible and I better leave the premises
