He intentado por diversos medios contactar con ellos para obtener información de sus proyectos y nadie me ha dado respuesta. Me han enviado como 5 contactos de personas diferentes y nadie me ha podido enviar la información que necesitaba. Muy mal!

It has been a nightmare dealing with this company and other counterparts in the purchase of a lot. Specifically Arco´s Bambu. Everything seemed to be going smoothy in till it came down to paperwork payments and their lack of follow up. I paid in full as of Oct 2017 and till this date have not been giving the deed of trust or known in Mexico Escrituras. They have horrible customer service don't follow up with you at all. You have to hassle them to get information about your property. Specifically Isabel Garcia which told me one date and then 3 months later, past the date given I have to chase them with calls and emails to get a response to what the heck is going on. Will never recommend nor do business with them.

Having the same experience as Ingrid. Total lack of communication with client (me) They have broken the contract as per delivery date of my house and even used up the 6 months extra the contract gives them. Isabel has no idea what she is doing and uses every excuse and blames the trades people for not getting things done. I do not embrace excuses, I embrace results. My advice to Ingrid is to get a good lawyer, I can recommend one if need be

Worst experience ever. Client service is missing, if you have a request or problem, they try as hard as they can to ignore you so you'd rather leave the issue behind. I ended up taking 2 years longer than what they told me to build "the house of my dreams". It's been over one year since I started living in it, and all the materials, specifically the wooden made ones are falling apart as, the materials that I bought were supposed to be of high quality and I reckon they got the cheapest ones just to save some money. Anyways, I can go on and on with complaints but I'd need a lot of space. To sum up my experience, I encourage anyone that reads this never to contact this company, it will be a really long nightmare. Actually, I would've done something legally speaking but I didn't want to waste more time and I surely did not want to see any of the people in that company again.
