Request an appointment at 11:00 am for a review and to define the vibration problem in the vehicle, I left the car with them from 10:00 am. However, throughout the day they did not give me the corresponding attention, since it was until 4 PM that they carried out the review. The girl who attended me was not even in her office and therefore did not follow up properly. They do not give accurate diagnoses, if they detect several faults and quote them (very expensive by the way), but not the real problem. They have potential as mechanics and salespeople show a lot of willingness.

A year ago I bought 2 tires there and paid for alignment, balancing, and brake adjustment service. The alignment was very good, without complaint. Of the brakes I did not feel a very relevant change, only the handbrake (which I explicitly asked for) did tighten it more, but I expected it to be tightened from the rim and not only from the brake lever adjustment screw (which I discovered after). Terrible rims, very poor quality, in a year they are already complete smooth. The "new" pair they sold me they put in the front and I passed the old pair in the back. Well, a year later the old pair looks in better condition than the ones they sold me there, even though they are 3 or 4 years apart. Unfortunately this week I had to buy a new pair at a tire shop, because with the few rains that there was, it skidded horrible. I do not recommend buying tires there, only repairs, they are fast, somewhat expensive but you have to check what they do.
