★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya había sido cliente en el pasado pero ahora su trabajo deja mucho que desear, hacen su trabajo al aventón para entregar los carros rápido y descuidan mucho la calidad, enderezan solo las partes que alcanzas a ver mientras el chasis lo dejan deforme tal como llego o si acaso lo jalan solo para que encajen las piezas, "según desarman todas las piezas" pero es falso, no me gusto el trabajo, dejo de ser el taller de mi preferencia, como recomendación al taller... Necesitan otro laminero qué sepa hacer el trabajo. Todo lo demás... Atención, organización esta bien.
He had been a customer in the past but now his work leaves a lot to be desired, they do their job on the go to deliver the cars quickly and they neglect the quality a lot, they straighten only the parts that you can see while the chassis leaves it deformed as I arrived or in case they pull it just so that the pieces fit, "as they disassemble all the pieces" but it is false, I did not like the work, it ceased to be the workshop of my preference, as a recommendation to the workshop ... They need another laminer who knows how to do the job. Everything else ... Attention, organization is fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trabajo realizado muy bueno, sin embargo la atención al cliente es pésima, no dan tolerancia alguna a pesar de que uno está pagando por el servicio.
The work done very good, however the customer service is terrible, they do not give any tolerance even though one is paying for the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nada recomendable, pero nada trabajo de pésima calidad, las piezas no cuadran con nada parece que lo armo un niño, en la página del seguro suben que ya esta listo y no es cierto, regrese el trabajo y lo volvieron a dejar mal. Adicional me entregaron mi coche con una falla mecánica que no tenia.
Nothing recommended, but nothing of poor quality work, the pieces do not match anything it seems that a child put it together, on the insurance page they upload that it is ready and it is not true, I returned the work and they left it bad again. Additionally, they gave me my car with a mechanical failure that I did not have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 año después me entregaron mi carro (historia real). El Sr. Ramón tiene 700 pretextos bajo la manga, me trajo vuelta y vuela. El coche entró por por un ajuste de motor, terminaron mandando mi carro a otro taller (quien sabe donde) y no lo vi por 1 mes y medio, ya me estaba preocupando por que no lo veía ahí.
Al final me aventaron mi coche fuera de mi casa en una grúa vieja, sólo me habló el Sr. Ramón y me dijo ya dejé las llaves.
El coche me lo entregó muy sucio, sin batería, con pintura de otros carros, más rayado de lo que ya estaba, sin una pieza de la fasia, sin tapa de los fusibles, sin tapa de la computadora, motor sucio, quemacocos con falso contacto, calavera trasera desconectada.

1 year later they gave me my car (true story). Mr. Ramón has 700 pretexts up his sleeve, he brought me back and flies. The car entered because of an engine adjustment, they ended up sending my car to another workshop (who knows where) and I did not see it for 1 month and a half, I was already worrying that I did not see it there.
In the end my car was thrown out of my house in an old crane, only Mr. Ramón spoke to me and said I already left the keys.
The car delivered it to me very dirty, without battery, with paint from other cars, more scratched than it already was, without a part of the fasia, without a fuse cover, without a computer cover, dirty engine, sunroof with false contact, rear skull disconnected.
