M	Maricela Poblano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quisiera saber si las personas que dicen que es muy buena empresa son empleados o realmente compraron casa con Grupo Rico o en base a que dan su opinión, porque una vez que empiezas los tramites son problemas y que decir de los defectos que van saliendo y NADIE responde, me entregaron la casa y en meno de 2 meses empezó una filtración de agua en una de las recamaras todo un rollo para que fueran a “reparar” a 2 años sigo con el problema por que no repararon nada, lo peor las ventanas se están mal puestas y por ende ya se cuartearon pero según la arquitecta me fue a tomar NOTA es porque no eh cambiado los selladores…que raro eh vivido en casas con más tiempo de antigüedad sin cambio de selladores y las ventanas no presentan ningún problema, y que decir de la gente de pos venta la secretaria o recepcionista es la que atiende (muy grosera) por que la encargada solo supervisa de lejitos.
