★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y muy caro. Quien atiende y se encarga de las reparaciones de calzado siempre con una actitud prepotente. Cree saber todo, pero como es un negocio familiar necesitan actualizarse. Se quedaron con la tecnología del siglo pasado. Muy caro y mal hechos.

La atención y preocupación por el detalle en Grupo Rivas supera por mucho otros negocios. Los recomiendo 100% y sin duda alguna.
Excellent service, Ivan rescued me some shoes (which I considered lost and that was going to tiaras in the trash, from the courage of what they did to me elsewhere), which I took to fix elsewhere.
