Ahí se encuentran las cabinas de las radiodufusoras del grupo y cuentan con un museo de radios y una vitrola en funcionamiento. Actualmente se imparte el tercer Curso de Formación de Radioaficionados a cargo de la Asociación de Radioexperimentadores del Estado de Yucatán, A.C. en la sala audiovisual, gracias al soporte del Lic.
