Al principio todo marchaba bien, la vendedora sumamente amable. Compré una sala y necesitaba recogerla pronto por lo que yo llevé mi propio flete, la sala venía dañada y aseguraban que era nueva, sin embargo revisando nos dimos cuenta de que era la que tenían en exhibición. Finalmente nos llevamos la sala usada y la pagamos como nueva pero es la última vez que compramos en grupo Rosend. Además de todo al final las vendedoras se pusieron en un plan super pesado
Terrible experience
At first everything was going well, the seller very friendly. I bought a room and needed to pick it up soon so I took my own freight, the room was damaged and they said it was new, however checking we realized that it was the one they had on display. Finally we take the used room and pay it as new but it is the last time we bought in Rosend group. In addition to everything in the end the sellers put themselves in a super heavy plan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se dedican a robar a la gente encargué una sala y nunca me la entregaron pero tampoco te devuelven el dinero y según no hay quien te resuelva solo acen fraude las notas que te entregan no son las del local no caigas en más fraudes cuidado
