Pedí material a una hora específica y me la enviaron 3 horas después.
Ojala mejoren sus proceso de entrega y más empatía por parte del área de atención al cliente.

But in punctuality and customer service if they need to improve.
I asked for material at a specific time and they sent it to me 3 hours later.
Hopefully they improve their delivery process and more empathy from the customer service area.
