Compré dos piezas de un producto (aprox $50 pesos entre los dos) uno estaba incompleto fui a cambiarlo y también estaba incompleto, me dijeron que todas estaban así, por lo tanto pedí la cancelación del producto dado que no están completos y me lo negaron ya que según "su política" las cancelaciones solo se hacen el mimo día de la compra y además te piden que devuelvas todo, incluso lo que no se está reclamando, siendo que la compra tenía menos de 24hrs de haberse realizado. Así que imaginen como será si reclaman algo de mayor valor. Demasiado riesgoso para el cliente comprar en esas condiciones. "Economic" prices but they go with the quality. I had a bad experience that came out "cheap" at the Las Americas branch.
