★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay mucha afluencia de gente por la mañana porque así los citan, lo cual habla de mala organización, las personas de recepción tardan mucho en atender y finalmente los especialistas que atienden son fríos y nada amables.
La sala de espera es amplia pero los espacios para realizar los estudios son pequeños y el equipo se ve viejo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio del azco. No déjan pasar más que al paciente y no les importo que no podía caminar . La resolución para el ultrasonido horrible súper antigua. Carisimo . Salí lastimada de la pancita . Nunca me preguntaron si tenía dudas re algo solo hablo lo hizo y casi casi ya salgase. No había nadie para apoyar en limpiarme el gel del estómago nk nadie para ayudarme a levantar. Me dejaron ahí sola y no dijeron nada.
Terrible service from the azco. They do not let more than the patient pass and they do not care that he could not walk. The resolution for the super old horrible ultrasound. Very expensive . My tummy was hurt. They never asked me if I had any doubts about something, I just talked about it and I was almost out. There was no one to help clean the gel from my stomach and no one to help me get up. They left me there alone and didn't say anything.

Tardaron 5 días en entregarme una prueba de COVID, cuando el tiempo máximo de espera es de 73 hrs. Además de que me mandaron a llamar al día siguiente, para repetir la prueba porque según no la habían tomado bien. Prometieron enviarla a mi correo, y no fue hasta que llamé que en ese mismo momento la enviaron, repito 5 días después, (Que además hay que estar insistiendo para que tomen una llamada).
Por no esperarme 2 días más a un servicio mucho más económico, pero con horarios saturados y con el mismo tiempo de 73hrs máximo en Salud Digna, asumí pagar más aquí confiada en su "disponibilidad de tiempo y su profesionalismo".
No volvería aquí ni lo recomiendo en lo absoluto
TERRIBLE SERVICE
It took them 5 days to deliver a COVID test, when the maximum wait time is 73 hours. In addition, they sent me to call the next day, to repeat the test because according to they had not taken it well. They promised to send it to my email, and it was not until I called that they sent it, I repeat 5 days later, (that you also have to insist that they take a call).
By not waiting 2 more days for a much cheaper service, but with saturated schedules and with the same time of 73hrs maximum in Salud Digna, I assumed to pay more here trusting their "availability of time and their professionalism".
I would not return here nor recommend it at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te atienden bien, las recepcionistas hasta eso no te ponen cara y eso que atienden demasiada gente y vaya que muchos pacientes en general son lentos, hemos realizado muchos estudios ahí desde hace 35 años y todo bien, lo que si es que asiste mucha gente para hacerse sus análisis y por lo tanto debes llegar muy temprano o muy tarde, evitar de 9 a 11. También como recomendación se debe dejar al paciente y salir, lamentablemente la gente no entiende, se mete y ocupa lugares en sala de espera por acompañar nada mas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supuestamente solo debe entrar una persona a sus análisis y no tienen la autoridad para decirle a la gente necia que se retire...a menos que vengan con uno de tercera edad o niños es comprensible pero un adulto con 2 mas....?que sigan los contagios de covid culpa de la gente ignorante y falta de carácter de la clinica
Supposedly only one person should enter their analysis and they do not have the authority to tell foolish people to leave...unless they come with an elderly person or children, it is understandable, but an adult with 2 more...? that the covid infections continue, the fault of the ignorant people and lack of character of the clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio. Es una institución privada pero te tratan igual o peor que en una gubernamental. No responden con educación, no tienen indicaciones claras (tienes que sacarles la información de malas) y además se demoran demasiado en atenderte y en entregarte los resultados. Vine por que aquí me envió el médico pero hay otras clínicas privadas que son más o menos del mismo precio o un poco menos económicas pero el servicio es 100 veces mejor. No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto.
Very bad service. It is a private institution but they treat you the same or worse than in a government one. They do not respond politely, they do not have clear instructions (you have to get the information out of bad) and they also take too long to attend to you and deliver the results. I came here because the doctor sent me here, but there are other private clinics that are more or less the same price or a little less, but the service is 100 times better. I don't recommend it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En lo personal me parece buena clínica, pese a que demoran un poco en atender dependiendo tus estudios a realizar, la atención es buena y son amables en ese aspecto, lo único malo es la recepción que tarda un poco pero fuera de ello buen lugar.
Personally, I think it's a good clinic, despite the fact that they take a while to attend depending on your studies to be carried out, the attention is good and they are friendly in that aspect, the only bad thing is the reception that takes a while but otherwise a good place.
