Prometen desarrollo y calidad de vida para los habitantes de sus fraccionamientos, pero al tener oportunidad de ganar más dinero quieren construir una GASOLINERA a lado de las viviendas, cerca de torres con alta tensión de electricidad y justo en el punto donde hay más conflicto vehicular de acceso a colinas del padre.
 It is a company that only seeks the private interest, to generate money at the expense of the health and safety of its customers. They promise development and quality of life for the inhabitants of their subdivisions, but when they have the opportunity to earn more money they want to build a GAS STATION next to the houses, near towers with high electricity tension and right at the point where there is more vehicular conflict in access to father hills.

Ahora con la instalación de una gasolinera en la única entrada de Colinas del Padre, pretende perjudicarnos, y arrebatarnos la paz, tranquilidad y seguridad que tenemos. Es una empresa deshonesta. No compres a Santa Rita!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las casas habitación actualmente tienen fisuras, fracturas. Tanto en su interior como en su exterior. Los cimientos que antes se cataloga han como firmes por efectos de las minas cercanas ya no lo son tanto.
Y ahora permiten la construcción de una gasolinera dentro del fraccionamiento.
Aconsejo NO COMPARAR en Grupo Santa Rita.

No escucha a quienes le compran, no tiene áreas verdes y vendió las áreas de donación.
Ojo si deciden comprar porque después te quieren poner una bomba de tiempo para toda tu familia.

A ellos no les importan su clientes ,
Hacen construcciones mal hechas
Y atenta contra la salud de sus clientes ,colocando una gasolinera que emite gases benceno que son causantes de ( cáncer ,dolores de cabeza y pulmonares)
