★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El surtido en accesorios para baño es extenso, sin embargo la atención al cliente dista mucho de ser la adecuada. Hay indiferencia si como cliente no accedes a comprar los accesorios de marcas caras; no hay disposición a soltar los pendientes por atender al cliente. Unicamente aplican "descuento" sobre pagos en efectivo lo que es incoherente tratándose de miles de pesos, cobran comisión por pago con tarjetas bancarias y exigen copia de INE como supuesta garantía de no desconocer los pagos. Hasta que observan el desacuerdo del cliente en sus políticas de venta comienzan a bajar sus trabas. Hay queja tácita en la baja en las ventas, sin embargo la atención a clientes que es vital en tiempos de pandemia no es considerada en lo absoluto como una herramienta de ventas efectiva. El motivo por el que me quedé y decidí comprar fue por la disposición de una unica persona, el Sr. Andres Cocoletzi.
 The assortment of bathroom accessories is extensive, however customer service is far from adequate. There is indifference if as a customer you do not agree to buy expensive brand accessories; there is no willingness to drop the earrings to serve the customer. They only apply a "discount" on cash payments, which is inconsistent in the case of thousands of pesos, they charge a commission for payment with bank cards and require a copy of the INE as a supposed guarantee of not ignoring the payments. Until they observe the client's disagreement in their sales policies, they begin to lower their obstacles. There is an unspoken complaint in the drop in sales, however the customer service that is vital in times of pandemic is not considered at all as an effective sales tool. The reason why I stayed and decided to buy was because of the disposition of a single person, Mr. Andres Cocoletzi.
