★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es tal cual la descripción… Cómodo y limpio. Lo único malo es que está un poco alejado del centro, pero no todo puede ser perfecto... Estuve muy a gusto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obtienes lo que pagas, el departamento me pareció pequeño aunque estaba limpio y decorado lindo, la cocina muy bien equipada, buen WIFi. No me hizo falta nada.
You get what you pay for, the apartment seemed small to me although it was clean and beautifully decorated, the kitchen very well equipped, good WIFi. I didn't need anything.

The apartment was very clean and served everything. A great stay in Playa although the first day there was no coffee maker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta empresa es la peor. Les alquilé un apartamento durante seis meses. El administrador fue muy poco receptivo. Tuve que solicitar reparaciones varias veces y aun así nunca se arreglaron. Cobran de más por todo. Me trataron como si fuera un extraño que nunca pagó ninguna de mis cuentas, aunque pagué a tiempo durante seis meses. Tenga cuidado y elija otra compañía, si puede.
This company is the worst. I rented an apartment from them for six months. The manager was very unresponsive. I had to request repairs multiple times and it still never got fixed. They overcharge for everything. They treated me like a stranger who never paid any of my bills even though I paid on time for six months. Be careful and choose another company if you can.

After canceling the reservation with this hotel, they have fraudulently charged my credit card. Did not notify me. When i called them on it, they partially refunded me. They are playing games.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM FOR ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst agency I’ve ever dealt with in Playa. Borderline fraudulent. Avoid at all costs!
The apartment wasn’t very clean, toilet was leaking and the washer/dryer didn’t work. None of that was fixed during my month stay.
The deposit was half the value of a month rent and after chasing them for two weeks after the checkout they returned $120 dollar less than agreed, using bank transfer costs and exchange rates as an excuse.
I’ve been going to Playa and rent long term for many years but I’ve never received such a poor level of service.
