★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal muy ineficiente, son groseros y no les importa ayudar a los clientes, pregunté a que hora pasa el autobús ya que la hora marcada en el boleto se había pasado con 20 minutos, fue la primera vez que yo le preguntaba eso y el señor con voz molesta me dice que el no es chofer del autobus para saber cuanto le falta para llegar.
Tienen una pequeña tienda llamada nescafe alegría dentro de la oficina y la señora que trabaja en este lugar es aun mas grosera, las cosas no tienen precio si le preguntas el precio de algo se molesta. Le compré un café (sin preguntarle el precio), estaba frío, tiene un microondas le pido permiso para calentar el café frío que me vendió y contesta yo no lo presto, el microondas es sólo para las palomitas.
Very inefficient staff, they are rude and they do not mind helping customers, I asked what time the bus passes since the time marked on the ticket had passed 20 minutes, it was the first time that I asked him that and the gentleman with Annoying voice tells me that he is not a bus driver to know how much he needs to get there.
They have a small store called nescafe joy inside the office and the lady who works in this place is even more rude, things are priceless if you ask the price of something she gets upset. I bought him a coffee (without asking him the price), it was cold, he has a microwave and I ask permission to heat the cold coffee that he sold me and he answers, I do not lend it, the microwave is only for popcorn.
