★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo llegué padeciendo mucha ansiedad, miedo y culpa, poco a poco conforme fui asistiendo al grupo fui entendiendo el programa y empecé a trabajar en mí. Ahora sé que no soy la única que padece ese tipo de disturbios emocionales y que existen éstos grupos en donde me sentí escuchada e identificada con muchas personas como yo. Lo recomiendo ?
 I arrived suffering from a lot of anxiety, fear and guilt, little by little as I attended the group I understood the program and began to work on myself. Now I know that I am not the only one who suffers from this type of emotional disturbance and that there are these groups where I felt listened to and identified with many people like me. I recommend it ?
