NUESTRA EXPERIENCIA
Grupo Servicon inicia operaciones en 1970 en el ramo de la construcción metálica, siendo pioneros en el área de laminación de techos y fachadas para naves industriales y tiendas de autoservicio. Podemos decir orgullosamente, que hemos instalado desde entonces alrededor de 45 millones de m2, lo cual equivale a techar 4,200 veces el área de una cancha de futbol como el Estadio Azteca.
A través de los años nos hemos hecho expertos no solo en fachadas y techos nuevos, sino también en el mantenimiento de estos, como cambio de láminas, rolado de lámina con engargolado en sitio, arco techos, etc.
Fabricamos e instalamos accesorios complementarios para las cubiertas metálicas, que aportan soluciones de alto valor agregado a las necesidades de nuestros clientes, como el Andador Paso de Gato y la Ventilación por Gravedad .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente. La señorita que atiende el teléfono, sin una pizca de criterio ni amabilidad. Piensan que estás a su disposición en todo momento, me marcaron jueves a las 12 para decirme que me llevarían mi pantalla a las 2 de la tarde, les respondí que estaba trabajando que no me era posible, que si podía ser al día siguiente a lo cuál me contestaron que no porque no hacen entregas en la misma zona dos días seguidos, no me cuadra pero bueno acordamos que fuera este lunes, que me marcarían para ver a que hora la entregarían, me llaman a las 10:27 mientras me bañaba, al salir veo la llamada perdida y un mensaje, contesto el mensaje 10:53 y al pasar unos minutos y ver que no me contestaban decido llamar, la señorita me contesta con su amabilidad característica, dejándome unos momentos esperando, ya cuando me contesta le digo que hablo por una pantalla que acordaron entregar hoy, la señorita me dice que ya no puede ser hoy porque el técnico ya salió, que era mi culpa por no contestar la llamada, ya enojado le digo a la señorita que no había podido contestar porque me estaba bañando, a lo que me contesta es que acordamos que el lunes le iba a llamar temprano y no contestó, o sea tienes que estar todo el tiempo pegado al teléfono porque si pierde su llamada ya valió, le comento a la señorita que me parece una tontería que si ya habíamos quedado porque no la envió a lo que responde que esa es su política, pero casualmente me dice que el jueves entonces me la manda sin ya tener que llamarme antes, o sea es política o no? Después de un rato de discutir, yo ya bastante molesto le pido que me pasé a la persona que está arriba de ella, casualmente dice que no hay nadie. Molesto le digo que ni modo espero mi pantalla el jueves. Colgamos, 5 minutos después me marca diciendo que ya regresó el técnico y que si me la puede mandar hoy. Esperando a la tarde a que llegue para ver como quedó la reparación, pero solo por el servicio al cliente no le recomiendo a nadie sus servicios.
Terrible customer service. The lady who answers the phone, without a hint of discretion or kindness. After a while of arguing, I already quite annoyed ask her that I passed to the person who is above her, casually says that there is no one. Annoyed I tell him that I do not even wait for my screen on Thursday. We hang up, 5 minutes later he tells me that the technician has returned and that he can send it to me today. Waiting for the afternoon to arrive to see how the repair was, but only for customer service I do not recommend anyone their services.
