★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando compre mi TV salio defectuoso, me dieron este domicilio en el centro de atención a clientes y estuvo muy padre, ya que me hicieron valida la garantía y fue relativamente corto el tiempo de espera.
When I bought my TV it was defective, they gave me this address at the customer service center and it was very cool, since they validated the guarantee and the waiting time was relatively short.

Tengan cuidado yo deje mi pantalla con su caja,con el cargador y unas piezas, y la secretaria discutiendo que solo entrege la pantalla sin caja y no me las quería entregar el resto. Un tecnico muy amable se fijó que si estaban las piezas y me las entregaron. La tipa haciendo caras y torciendo la boca con su Chiclote en la boca porque le pedía mi cargador. Muy muy mala educación. Pesimo trato. No te informa bien y te hace ir varias vueltas. Cuando la lleve la secretaria me dijo que se me había caído por que la pantalla tenia unas manchas que no era válida la garantía y asegurando, y un chavito técnico muy amable dijo que era una burbuja de aire y si me dijo que si aplicaba la garantía. Tengan cuidado con estas personas.
The staff who host the teams very rude and even. They have no ethics and professionalism. Be careful, I left my screen with its box, with the charger and some parts, and the secretary arguing that she only gave the screen without a box and she didn't want to give me the rest. A very friendly technician made sure that the parts were there and handed them over to me. The girl making faces and twisting her mouth with her Chiclote in her mouth because I asked for my charger. Very very rude. Terrible treatment. It does not inform you well and makes you go several laps. When I took it, the secretary told me that I had dropped it because the screen had some stains that the guarantee was not valid and assuring, and a very friendly technical guy said that it was an air bubble and if he told me that the guarantee applied . Be careful with these people.
