★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiero expresar mi queja por el pésimo servicio y atención que recibí hoy que llevé a lavar mi auto alrededor de las 13:30. Había varios autos y entendí que tardaría, sin embargo me entregaron pronto. Cuando recibí me dí cuenta de la razón: hicieron un trabajo pésimo, sólo lavaron lo mínimo indispensable y lo que más se ve. Revisando cualquier detalle encontré muchas cosas que no habían tocado, ni siquiera estaban húmedas. Ver fotos abajo
He ido varias veces con ustedes y siempre encuentro detalles, pero ésta vez fué demasiado. Lo peor fué que me quejé con el encargado y me respondió con conflicto y reto a pesar de que estaba viendo el pésimo trabajo. Si un cliente está expresando una queja por un problema obvio lo mínimo que pueden hacer es aceptarlo y ver de corregirlo en lugar de dar excusas y ponerse a la defensiva. Sencillamente tiró mi opinión a la basura
Fué claro que no les interesa la opinión del cliente, no hay problema: ustedes sigan ofreciendo un servicio de baja calidad, yo no les llevo más mi auto

I've been with you several times and I always find details, but this time it was too much. The worst was that I complained to the manager and he answered me with conflict and challenge even though I was seeing the lousy job. If a customer is expressing a complaint about an obvious problem, the least they can do is accept it and see how to correct it instead of making excuses and becoming defensive. He simply threw my opinion in the trash
It was clear that you are not interested in customer opinion, no problem: you continue to offer a low quality service, I do not take my car anymore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención y servicio, al llegar estaban por terminar y entregar otro vehículo, el único en el lugar.
Comenzaron a lavar mi vehículo incluso hasta los dueños/encargados del lugar pero no hay organización ni planeación en el lugar, terminaron dejando que lo lavara otra persona que no se dedica a eso, lo tienen ahí pero por otro fin porque se dedican a la hojalatería y pintura, lo lavaron como groseramente se dice, con las nalgas incluso sin tener más clientes.
El vehículo estaba sucio del exterior, del interior no tenía absolutamente nada sucio ni requería aspirado, sin embargo “según” ellos lo hicieron pero cuál va siendo la sorpresa que al salir del lugar me percaté que se habían robado o desaparecido una pieza del interior del auto, seguro estoy que cuando llegue al lugar mi auto la tenía. No se si la aspiraron o que hicieron pero ya faltaba, le comenté a la persona a la que le pagué y del “no quien sabe, no está” no la moví ni la saqué, le dije que ahí estaba y para mi que él se la robo.
Si a los dueños no les interesa mucho menos a los empleados, no vayan a este lugar mal hecho, falta de compromiso, nulas ganas de trabajar y para cerrar con cereza en el pastel, se roban o desaparecen piezas del vehículo que no tienen porque faltar al finalizar el servicio que brindan, es decir un lavado de automóvil.

I don't know if they sucked it up or what they did but it was missing, I commented to the person I paid and about "no who knows, it's not there" I didn't move it or take it out, I told him it was there and for me that he I steal it.
If the owners are not much less interested in the employees, do not go to this place poorly made, lack of commitment, no desire to work and to close with cherry on the cake, parts of the vehicle that do not have to be missing are stolen or disappear at the end of the service they provide, that is, a car wash.
