No dieron solución a mi laptop, me la entregaron mal ensamblada, falta de piezas, falta de tornillos, tenía que ir hasta la sucursal porque no me daban respuesta alguna, mucho tiempo de espera para que nada le hicieran y solo entregarán mi disposición mal ensamblado

El dueño, el ingeniero, es muy bueno, así que, si por alguna razón decides confiar en ellos, asegúrate que sea el Ingeniero quien revise tu problema. Yo confié en los empleados y me hicieron perder días de trabajo en un problema que se solucionó en unas horas en otro lugar.
The employees are not trained, they do not have experience. The owner, the engineer, is very good, so if for some reason you decide to trust them, make sure the engineer reviews your problem. I trusted the employees and they made me lose days of work on a problem that was solved in a few hours elsewhere.
