Siendo cliente en Guadalajara, acudo a su sucursal de mezcales esperando que la experiencia de compra sea la misma y error. La persona que contesta el teléfono siempre es amable pero el vendedor cero empatico y cordial. Para empezar hizo mi cotización sin ganas, con errores en la información que le proporcione. Todo el proceso no compra nunca fue cortes, la comunicación fue por WhatsApp. Nunca le proporcione una dirección de entrega y al pasarle la que sería me dice que ya estaba programado en ruta, o sea como? Por fin se entregan las placas de mármol y las entrega quebradas, no se quizo hacer responsable diciendo que fue en el camino y que mi cotización decía que no incluía entrega y que casi casi me lo hizo de favor, todo lo contrario decía la cotización. Jamás volvería a ese lugar y menos con ese personal.

Ordered 3 slabs on Monday. Was promised to have them delivered on Wednesday. Wednesday is here - no marble, Thursday - no marble. I call Diana - the salesperson - no answer. Friday is here - no marble, no calls back. Later, a text message from a salesperson with a slime excuse - “I didn’t feel really well, that’s why the marble was not delivered. Do you want it Saturday or Monday.?” Of course, I asked for Saturday. Saturday is here - no marble. All the plans for the workers and scheduling were down the toilet this week only because this business is not taking seriously it’s customers. I got a couple of times marble from Italmex - great experience, always deliver when they promise. Unfortunately I ordered at Tenerife this time just to support the business( by my designer’s recommendation ). Very bad decision. Not coming back. I have 400sq m more of marble to order. These guys lost their potential profit only because of their nasty attitude toward the customer.

Wonderful business to deal with. We where very impressed and pleased with the service provided by both Carlos and Ricardo. They provided detailed information on all the different options and where very accomaditing on the many visits we made before selection our grantie. Additionally as we dont speak spanish they helped us find an installer and the day the installer came, so did Ricoardo appear to provide translation service. Very good customer sevice. Pat and Lucy
