★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nefasto servicio, no lo recomiendo. La señorita de recepción que nos atendió es muy déspota, deberían contratar gente que le guste trabajar, los doctores y enfermeras no comunican nada del paciente y todos se echan la bolita, sin dar una respuesta concreta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, casi 5 horas para que pusieran 3 puntos a un familiar, que se accidentó haciendo compras en grupo Walmart (vinimos porque aquí cubre su aseguradora). La recepcionista atiende de mala gana.

Además me toco ver 2 situaciones de ROBO gente que acababa ese día de salir del hospital y les robaron su celular y un cargador, entiendo el descuido de la gente de olvidar sus cosas pero también que clase de personal trabaja que si lo encuentras lo ponente en cosas perdidas y no se lo quedan. NO LO RECOMIENDO Básicamente es un imss de paga, atención igual de culera (por administrativos). Mi cita era a las 5:30 y salí a las 7:40 todo porque “se les olvidó” que estaba esperando me entregaran la radiografía que pagué.

In addition, I had to see 2 situations of ROBBERY people who had just left the hospital that day and had their cell phone and a charger stolen, I understand the carelessness of people to forget their things but also what kind of staff work that if you find it the speaker in lost things and they don't keep it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT Basically it is a paid imss, attention just as bad (by administrative staff). My appointment was at 5:30 and I left at 7:40 all because "they forgot" that I was waiting for the X-ray that I paid for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, desde la recepcionista que atendió de una manera muy déspota hasta el Dr quién no nos dio un diagnóstico certero y dudo en todo momento. Terminé pagando para que sólo recetaran aspirinas.
Terrible service, from the receptionist who attended in a very despotic way to the Dr who did not give us an accurate diagnosis and I doubt at all times. I ended up paying for them to just prescribe aspirin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sé los recomiendo para nada, si quieres que un doctor te de seguimiento será imposible, te pasan con quién ellos quieran, me operaron de la pierna y no me pusieron en el expediente que material usaron, y apesar que ando con mi pierna lesionada ya me isieron venir 3 veses para que ala mera hora me digan que el doctor con el que saque cita no está, que si quiero pasar con el que sea. Que pésimo servicio
