★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Háganse un favor, NO COMPREN con esta inmobiliaria su patrimonio, NO CUMPLEN lo que prometen, hacen desarrollos SIN SERVICIO DE AGUA y después se lavan las manos echándole la culpa a SACMEX.
Si no me creen, busquen aquí en internet su desarrollo de nombre ÓPALO RESIDENCIAL y verán que lo que les digo es verdad.
NO INVIERTAN sus ahorros y créditos hipotecarios EN SUS DESARROLLOS.
Do yourself a favor, DO NOT BUY your assets with this real estate agency, DO NOT FULFILL what they promise, make developments WITHOUT WATER SERVICE and then wash your hands blaming SACMEX.
If you don't believe me, look here on the internet for your development called ÓPALO RESIDENCIAL and you will see that what I am telling you is true.
DO NOT INVEST your savings and mortgages IN YOUR DEVELOPMENTS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención y servicio, la entrega de mi departamento fue muy padre y profesional, me dieron recorrido en todo el edificio, a un par de meses tuve un tema con mi departamento pero lo resolvieron de inmediato y ya todo va excelente, familiares han comprado con urbania en otros edificios y no han tenido ningún problema, con mucho gusto los recomiendo y si tuviera la oportunidad compraría otro para invertir
Excellent attention and service, the delivery of my apartment was very father and professional, they gave me a tour of the entire building, a couple of months later I had an issue with my department but they solved it immediately and everything is already excellent, relatives have bought with Urbania in other buildings and they have not had any problems, I gladly recommend them and if I had the opportunity I would buy another to invest
