No los trata como personas, no aprendes tanto, ni siquiera para experiencia laboral, o solo liberar prácticas. Si son tolerantes a qué los humillen, pueden quedarse, pero sino dejarán el lugar muy rápido, es casí una perdida de tiempo. Dos meses y no me pago.:( Te pone excusas. No hay trabajadores son todos prestadores de servicio social. Mi recomendación es busca otro lugar. Terrible place to do social service. The engineer Mario treats you as his maid. El Ing. que es el que dirige la “empresa” se cree TODOLOGO, a veces te va a pedir cosas que ni él sabe cómo las quiere, y si le das tu punto de vista se enoja y te tacha de broncudo, aun así estés haciendo el trabajo que él quiere, si no le gusta te da de baja en cualquier momento o simplemente te dice que no as echo nada, Ahora con lo del COVID, vi 3 casos de personas que salieron POSITIVAS y él ni se tomó la molestia de mandar a desinfectar la oficina. Aunque le justifiques las faltas, al final del día le terminaras debiendo las horas que él quiera, Si se postulan x que de plano no encuentran nada mejor, pónganse pilas y NO SE DEJEN. Con una llamadita a la secretaria del trabajo y prevención social ahí les ayudan.
I	Ismael Labonne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal lugar para realizar servicio/practicas, no paga, el ingeniero te pedirá actividades que ni él sabe cómo lo quiere o no tiene ni idea del tema pero que te va "corregir" porque así no lo quería. te pedirá actividades de otra área "sus mandados de el"(Me mando arreglar el portón de su casa). No valora tus actividades ni valora tu persona, hubo dos casos de COVID los cuales no hizo nada al respecto y siguió con las actividades como si nada. no le puedes responder o dar tu punto de vista porque te ignora o se enoja contigo por responderle. Lo único que le importa es el y nada más. solo iras a perder tu tiempo y dinero de transporte mejor espera a conseguir una VERDADERA empresa aunque sea lejos o te paguen poco porque aquí no hay nada de bueno.
