Les platico mi experiencia, llevé a reparar una carabela que compré en nov 2017 a reparar por que no encendia, la "repararon rápido" según le checaron el sistema eléctrico y por ello me cobraron 300 pesos. El gusto me duró 3 días y cuando la llevé no la recibieron porque tenían mucho trabajo y no estaban todos los empleados, además de que era puente. La tuve que llevar hasta la siguiente semana, me la tuvieron 2 días y según esto ya había quedado, obviamente me volvieron a cobrar por la mano de obra; la saqué el sábado para dar la vuelta y después de usarla 20 minutos, se me apagó derrepente, esto fue a las 12 del día, obviamente les marqué y me dijeron ijole que cree, ya cerramos, llevela a su casa con una grúa y en la semana me doy una vuelta. Afortunadamente en un buen taller si pudieron reparar mi moto y me comentaron que este taller de grupo velmot me cambió una pieza que no tenía que cambiarse. No les recomiendo este lugar, no caigan ahí.
Appalling. Don't fall into this workshop. I tell you about my experience, I took to repair a caravel that I bought in Nov 2017 to repair because it did not start, they "repaired it quickly" as they checked the electrical system and therefore they charged me 300 pesos. The pleasure lasted 3 days and when I took it they did not receive it because they had a lot of work and not all the employees were there, besides it was a bridge. I had to carry it until the following week, they had it for 2 days and according to this it had already been left, obviously they charged me again for the labor; I took it out on Saturday to turn around and after using it for 20 minutes, it suddenly went off, this was at 12 o'clock in the day, obviously I marked them and they said ijole what do you think, we are closed, take her home with a crane and in the week I take a walk. Fortunately, in a good workshop they were able to repair my motorcycle and they told me that this velmot group workshop changed a part that did not have to be changed. I do not recommend this place, do not fall there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio, en especial con BMW gs ,, y cilindradas grandes aunque también he llevado de 150 CC buena atención ,,recomendable 100% precios competitivos y buen diagnóstico, lleve mi moto para la instalación de unos faros auxiliares, fgs650 y a pesar de no tener las defensas buscaron la manera de instalarlos ,, se esforzaron en encontrar la forma de que quedarán excelentes, a buena altura para que me puedan ver los autos ,,un detalle que me gustó fue que si por algo se me olvidará apagarlos , al cerrar el switch se apagan por completos. Sin consumir la batería ,,me fui muy contento con el resultado,,el precio por el trabajo fue muy bueno ,,con certeza puedo recomendarlos , algo que puede ser extra es que reciben tarjeta ,,con una pequeñísima comisión nada que alarmarse pero pueden sacarnos del apuro ,,
