★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención a cliente en mostrador es horrible, llegué a las 8:30 AM, la verdad no sabía que abrían a las 9 en fin abren y la chica que tengo asignada aún no llegaba, me espere 20 min.. y aún no llegaba pregunté si alguien me podría atender y me dijeron que la tenía que esperar o que regresará más tarde, como es posible que traten a sus clientes como si les hicieran un favor al atenderlos... En fin un mal momento del día, espero puedan mejorar sus servicios.
The customer service at the counter is horrible, I arrived at 8:30 AM, the truth is that I did not know that they opened at 9 in the end they open and the girl that I have assigned still did not arrive, I waited 20 min .. and still did not arrive I asked If someone could attend to me and they told me that I had to wait for her or that she will come back later, how is it possible that they treat their clients as if they were doing them a favor by attending them ... Anyway, a bad moment of the day, I hope they can improve their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ buenas tardes solo para que sepan que esta pinche empresa o disque trabajo no se hace responsable de sus trabajadores , cuando tiene un accidente ya no se preocupan por ellos y se deslindan de toda responsabilidad , que ahí no firman contrato, que solo son ayudantes generales y que son contratados por un outsourcing (SOLUTECTUM) que ellos no tiene nada que ver y aparte de todo les quitan antigüedad
Good afternoon just so you know that this fucking company or job label is not responsible for its workers, when they have an accident they no longer worry about them and disclaim all responsibility, that they do not sign a contract there, that they are only general assistants and that are hired by an outsourcing (SOLUTECTUM) that they have nothing to do with and apart from everything they take away their seniority

The attention of your sellers leaves a lot to be desired towards the client, lack of interest and prosecionalism as well as phones never answer. It is disappointing that a company of that level is losing clientele by irresponsible employees.
