Operan con las puertas abiertas como no tienen instalaciones adecuadas sus trabajadores se intoxican si no las abren, están mas de 12 horas al día, cometen faltas cívicas, de transito, muchos de sus trabajadores no tienen contrato así que se lavan las manos

They operate with the doors open as they do not have adequate facilities, their workers become intoxicated if they do not open them, they are more than 12 hours a day, they commit civic offenses, transit, many of their workers do not have a contract, so they wash their hands.
