★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tienen actitud de servicio, no respetan el horario de las citas, me hicieron esperar media hora y yo tuve que buscar a la persona.
Constantemente cambian sus términos y condiciones, ejemplo: cuando terminan los departamentos, precios, amueblados o sin amueblar.
Se nota que hay poca comunicación entre los asesores. Entiendo que es una empresa joven y nueva, me atraen sus proyectos pero les falta profesionalismo y actitud de servicio.
Actualización: lo anterior fue cierto pero la persona que me atendió intento hacer mejor las cosas y aprecio sus intentos. Cambié de una estrella a 3.

Their terms and conditions change constantly, example: when the apartments, prices, furnished or unfurnished end.
It is noted that there is little communication between the advisers. I understand that it is a young and new company, its projects attract me but they lack professionalism and service attitude.
Update: the above was true but the person who attended me tried to make things better and I appreciate their attempts. I changed from one star to 3.
