★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabo de llamar para pedir un servicio porque es “24 horas” y me urgía, me dicen que hasta mañana a las 9 de la mañana porque tenían que hacer citas por qué tienen que recibir el deposito primero, les dije que hacía transferencia y pues me dijeron, buenas noches y colgaron. Si no es servicio las 24 horas no lo deberían de poner así, si quisiera un servicio mañana habría hablado en otra ocasión !!

Además el que ateinde super altanero: diciendo que uno aprenda a leer (sí se prgeunta de más es por la poca informaicón que dan) y yo deseaba saber sí ofrecen lo mismo que otras empresas (ya que su pobre explicación era lo que daba a entender) pero por más dinero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabo de hablar por whatsapp y el servicio fué horrible, mega grosero !!!! qué les pasa! corran a la que atiende, literal me dijo que no les interesaba, sólo porque tenía dudas, sino le gusta su trabajo al que atiende, que se largue y le de la oportunidad a las personas que si quieren trabajar!!!!! nunca fuí grosera con la que atendió, realmente buscaba una solución y estaba en mi derecho a preguntar, nadie en su sano juicio da su dinero a alguien sin conocer ni quedar las pautas claras, denles un cursito aunque sea de ventas a esas personas, no tienen ni la más mínima idea de cómo tratar al cliente.

al siguiente dia deposite en el oxxo y como me dijo la señorita, si llego el tecnico¡ todo superbien, recomendable, lo hizo como me dijeron., esta reseña es solo de agradecimiento a la empresa, muchas gracias

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es deplorable, pesimo, ineficiente, y cero profesional. No recomiendo para nada que contranten sus servicios. Su pagina es de pesima calidad igual que su atencion al cliente. Los contacte por whatsapp y me bloquearon simplemente porque pregunte en que consistian sus servicios de fumigacion a lo cual me contestaron que no estaban interesados en ofrecerme el servcio e inmediatamente despues me bloquearon. No pierdad su tiempo con esta gente. De todos los servicios de fumigacion que existen, este es el peor. Gente grosera sin educación. Dan pena de verdad.

Además en el chat se rieron de mi cuestionando si tenía dinero para pagar. Definitivamente poco recomendable, muchas otras empresas mas económicas y con mucho mas profesionalismo. NO RECOMENDABLE!!!
Terrible service and attention. They charge for a diagnostic visit what no other competing company does. Also in the chat they laughed at me questioning if I had money to pay. Definitely not recommended, many other cheaper companies and with much more professionalism. NOT RECOMMENDABLE!!!

Dicen que envían la información para anticipo pero le dije a la tipa en el chat muéstrame la parte donde la enviaste y no la enseña porque no está obviamente a mi nada me costaba enviarle 200 pesos. Pero en fin que bueno que no se hizo el servicio, no había visto sus pésimas reseñas, así no pasaran de ser el changarrito que veo son. Y sí, le dije es tu pi da a la tipa porque lo es. Bye byeeee!
