Te prometen reportes de actividades de los movimientos de tus vehículos día a día y este no me tal "Reporte". Dicen que los trazos de tus recorridos van a ser visibles en tiempo real y no es así, ademas que los famosos "Trazos" cruzan como 3 cuadras con una raya muy fea. Te prometen que tu vehículo en caso de robo este se puede recuperar con un paro de motor remoto y tampoco es así, ¿Porque lo digo? Porque me robaron uno de mis vehículos en cual nunca recupere. No caigan en los servicios de esta empresa, en serio que es muy mal servicio. Si realmente fuera una empresa confiable no estaría aquí escribiendo tal "Opinión" que realmente es una queja. P.D. Y por último los agentes de ventas que tienen son de lo peor te hablan ya como si fueras su criado y ademas que no los capacitan creo que por su sistema que ofrecen. Bad service of this company, they say they have 24-hour support and it is not. They promise you activity reports of the movements of your vehicles every day and this is not such a "Report". They say that the strokes of your routes are going to be visible in real time and it is not like that, besides the famous "Strokes" cross like 3 blocks with a very ugly line. They promise that your vehicle in case of theft can be recovered with a remote engine shutdown and it is not like that, why do I say so? Because they stole one of my vehicles in which I never recovered. Do not fall for the services of this company, seriously it is very bad service. If I really were a reliable company I would not be here writing such an "Opinion" that it really is a complaint. P.S. And finally, the sales agents they have are the worst, they already speak to you as if you were their servant and also that they do not train them, I think that because of their system they offer.

Se lavaron las manos, nadie le dio seguimiento, estuvimos en contacto con el Director Regional (Alan Peniche) pésimo servicio de su parte, decía que mandaría reportes y jamás llegaron, se solicitó el repetidas ocasiones pero sin respuesta alguna. NO LO RECOMIENDO. Terrible service, the technician who installed the GPS touched the cables of the brain of the car and it was totally spoiled. They washed their hands, no one followed up, we were in contact with the Regional Director (Alan Peniche), terrible service on his part, he said he would send reports and they never came, he was requested repeatedly but without any response. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
