Personal administrativo no capacitado, delegado incompetente, recursos humanos no tienen carrera en recursos humanos son personas que tienen licenciatura en otras áreas no son profesionales, no tienen trato óptimo para diferentes tipos de situaciones que se puedan presentar a los operadores la verdad no recomiendo trabajar ahí.
