La salsa es diferente a la tradicional de tortas ahogadas, y la variedad de carne le da un toque especial, al igual que el chile de cacahuate... Sin duda regresaré. I loved the Macaws! Lo mejor son los paquetes, dónde incluyen las famosas guacamayas, tacos dorados y agua fresca por al rededor de 100 pesos. Las porciones no son muy abundantes y las "guacamayas" no son como el platillo típico de Guanajuato. El sabor en general es bueno sin convertirse en algo de otro mundo. Venden cervezas nacionales y puedes decidir si deseas pagar un poco más por hacerlas rusas o micheladas.
